Warranty Policy
Liquidation Pallet Deals sells liquidation freight — customer returns, shelf-pulls, overstock, and mixed or unmanifested loads. These goods carry natural variation in condition and contents, and all merchandise is sold as is, where is. This page explains the limited protection that applies to your purchase.
What's Protected
Our protection is narrow and exists to cover genuine fulfillment and freight errors. We will honor a claim when:
- you receive a pallet other than the one ordered,
- the shipment arrives with significant freight damage, or
- the contents, category mix, or condition grade are materially different from the listing.
This is the full scope. Because liquidation goods are sold as is, there are no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated here and in our Refund & Return Policy.
Claim Window
All claims must be filed within the 30-day claim window described in our Refund & Return Policy, measured from delivery or pickup. This window and its documentation requirements are the same across our Refund, Shipping, and Warranty pages — they're designed to be read together.
What's Not Protected
- Disappointment with the brand mix, contents, or resale value.
- Normal condition variation in liquidation goods (some items work, some don't — that's the model).
- Untested electronics, opened packaging, or end-consumer returns where the listing disclosed them.
- Expectations about specific brands, quantities, or profit margins.
Resolution
Approved claims are resolved with a replacement, a partial refund to your original payment method, or store credit, chosen case by case. There is no automatic right to a specific remedy.
