Refund & Return Policy
Liquidation Pallet Deals sells inspected, condition-graded pallets and truckloads. Most inventory is sold "as is, where is," but we stand behind every shipment with a 30-day claim window covering shortages, transit damage, and pallets substantively misrepresented in the listing.
30-Day Claim Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered or picked up to file a claim. After that window closes, all sales are final and the inventory is considered accepted as is, where is. Thirty days is enough time to break down a pallet, inspect it against the listing, and surface any real issue.
What's Covered
- Shortages — fewer units, missing categories, or short weight versus what the listing described.
- Transit damage — product or pallets damaged between our Jacksonville dock and your delivery address (see Freight Damage below for how carrier responsibility works).
- Misrepresented listings — actual contents, category mix, or condition grade materially different from what was advertised at the time of sale.
What's Not Covered
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
- Cosmetic mismatches, manifest variance, or condition issues that were disclosed in the listing (mixed grades, customer returns, shelf-pulls, scratch-and-dent).
- Items that didn't resell as well as hoped, or margins that missed your target.
- Damage caused after delivery — once the pallet is on your floor, it's yours to handle.
- Manifest items that aren't functional when the listing already disclosed the pallet as untested, customer returns, or salvage.
How to File a Claim
Email info@liquidationspalletdeals.com within 30 days of delivery, with:
- Your order number and the delivery or pickup date.
- A clear description of the issue (shortage, transit damage, or misrepresented listing).
- Photos and/or video — the pallet as received, any damaged units, shrink-wrap condition for transit claims, and a count for shortage claims.
- For freight damage: photos of the trailer, the bill of lading, and any notes you made with the driver at delivery.
Resolution & Refunds
Approved claims are resolved one of three ways, at our discretion and discussed with you first: a replacement pallet or units, a partial refund, or store credit. There is no restocking fee on approved claims. Refunds go back to your original payment method (Wire Transfer, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Chime). Store credit, when issued, never expires.
Freight Damage & Carrier Claims
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the carrier picks up at our Jacksonville facility, so the carrier — not LPD — is legally responsible for damage that happens in transit. We still help: note any damage on the bill of lading before the driver leaves, photograph it immediately, and email us. We'll help you file the carrier claim and provide the original packing documentation and dock load photos. Transit damage reported this way is covered under the 30-day claim window above.
Local Pickup: 5-Business-Day Removal Window
If you pick up at our Jacksonville facility (5061 Shawland Rd), you have 5 business days from the date your order is marked ready to remove the pallets. We'll email and text you when it's ready. Pallets left past the 5-business-day window are subject to a storage charge of $25 per pallet, per day, plus a 10% restocking fee. Need extra time? Reach out before the window closes and we'll work with you.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a pallet for a different one, contact us before shipping anything back. We will walk you through the steps and tell you whether the exchange is feasible based on inventory.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once processing or pickup scheduling begins, cancellation may no longer be possible, and standard claim terms apply on arrival.
Questions Before You Buy
Unsure whether a pallet fits your business? Ask before you pay. Email info@liquidationspalletdeals.com or message +1 (656) 999-2368 on WhatsApp and we'll walk you through the manifest, condition grade, and typical mix.
