A high-count hardware lot of hundreds of small home-improvement pieces packed into one pallet: fasteners, fittings, brackets, hinges, fixtures, hand tools, and assorted accessories. Customer-return and unmanifested condition, with much of the stock appearing new or shelf-pull and easy to price by the piece, the bin, or the pound. At $270 for the pallet, the resale angle is flea markets, swap meets, hardware flippers, eBay lot sellers, and small contractors who buy odd-lot fasteners by weight. On intake, dump and sort into bins by category, scrap anything rusted or incomplete, then bag mixed lots for table sales at the next weekend market.
